Shipping:

Retail Customers - We ship through UPS, Fedex, and USPS depending on weight, size, and destination. We will work to provide the best price on shipping, and will notify you if the shipping charges are significantly more or less than stated.

Due to the nature of the product being food, we cannot accept returns. All Sales Are Final.

Shelf Life:

Cheese items 6 months. All other items are one year. PLEASE keep out of strong light, direct or indirect.

Missing Items:

Notify us within 24 hours.

Breakage:

You must NOTIFY us within 5 business days of delivery in order to receive a replacement or a credit. Save damaged product in original packing material and box for 5 days after notify us of damages for transporation company to inspect if they wish too.
